SHIPPING

All orders both U.S. and international are shipped via USPS on Wednesdays–Fridays. You will receive a confirmation email once shipped, with a tracking number, if available through the Postal Service. US orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. International orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail and don't include tracking.

RETURNS

Only apparel returns are accepted, and must be within 30 days after shipment. To issue a return, notify first by emailing us with an email, which a return address will be given.

DAMAGED ITEMS

All orders are packaged with care, but sometimes they can get roughed up pretty bad in transit. If your package is damaged from shipping, you will need to file a claim with USPS here. If your order was damaged from an apparent packing issue, take photos and follow the instructions in the "Returns" section of the policies page.
